Special Test Rigs and Benches

The test benches and test rigs are manufactured according to the customer’s requirements in order to carry out water and gas tests for the valve (e.g. valve body test, seat test, cavity test, etc.). Major users such as valve manufacturers, valve repair shops and petrochemical plants test the integrity of the valves before delivery to the customer or before the valves are installed in the pipelines. They serve as a pre-delivery quality assurance measure that can be observed by the customer’s quality inspectors.

The main advantage of the test benches is that all the necessary tests can be carried out at the touch of a button. All test reports are recorded by the system’s computer as evidence of the test and stored as a valuable database for the customer.
